TurfCaddie ("we", "us") provides golf course maintenance operations software at app.turfcaddie.ai — including work scheduling, chemical and spray records, equipment tracking, time tracking, and agronomic decision-support tools (disease pressure, growing-degree-day timers, weather).
TurfCaddie is sold as an annual subscription, one plan that includes everything the app offers. The annual fee is the rate shown on turfcaddie.ai at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Accounts are issued per golf course by invitation. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your course's data — tasks, spray logs, inventory, crew records, and everything you enter — belongs to you. We use it only to operate the service. You may export your data at any time (reports are built into the app). If you cancel, you may request a full export within 90 days, after which your data is deleted.
Disease-pressure models, GDD timers, PGR estimates, and spray-condition guidance are estimates based on weather data and published research. They do not diagnose disease, prescribe applications, or replace the product label or your professional judgment. Always confirm conditions by scouting, and always follow the product label for rates, timing, and safety. We are not liable for agronomic outcomes or crop damage.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other courses' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or third-party services (including weather data providers).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate at the end of the current subscription term. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For questions: turfcaddie@gmail.com.
